La Festa planning will be happening soon.

• La Festa is the largest yearly fundraiser for SOI Lodge 2786.
• Plan volunteer to this year – we really need your help to make this a successful event!!

8 Ways You Can Help…

• Attend a planning meeting or two…
• Consider organizing one of the many events at La Festa (vendors, basket raffle, cornhole tournament, kid games, etc.)
• Volunteer to help make meatballs and cookies prior to the event.
• Sign-up to help in the kitchen during La Festa.
• Sign-up to sell food, cookies, basket raffle tickets during La Festa.
• Sign-up to help with set-up and/or tear-down.
• Donate a basket for the Basket Raffle.  Simply choose a basket theme, fill the basket or container (it could be a cooler, a soup pot, a flower box/pot, a picnic basket, etc.) with contents that will attract people to purchase raffle tickets.  Then drop your basket off at the club. Accepting baskets now!!

If every member donated 2-3 hours of time during La Festa, we could make this the largest fund successful this event could be!!  Watch our newsletter & website for dates/times to donate some time and lend a helping hand!!
